Reviews and Ratings
Spent one fun night at this hotel that offers small but unique rooms with a climbing ladder repurposed as a wall storage rack. The lack of natural light in the backyard room was a drawback, yet it was still an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is fantastically located right across from Millennium Park with great restaurants nearby. The rooms, albeit small, are clean and comfortable, but the close proximity to the neighboring building can be a bit intrusive. The service is eager to please but can be up-and-down at times.
The hotel has great rooms, with two double beds that were plenty big for me; however, they were a little too warm. The service is fantastic, always going above-and-beyond to be friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for most activities and attractions, making it fab especially in warmer weather. The dining options were limited, but the delicious snacks made up for it.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The location was superb, directly across from Millennium Park with great restaurants nearby. The rooms, although a bit dark without natural light initially, were moved to a higher level bringing that nostalgic Chicago atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the manager being extremely accommodating and friendly. However, some areas of the hotel felt a bit cramped, and the dining options, particularly at the Cherry Circle Room, were outstanding.
